Este<br \/>\nataque form\u00f3 parte de la estrategia que mantuvo la entonces reina de Inglaterra, Isabel I,<br \/>\npara despojar del trono de Portugal al rey Felipe II. Ella, junto a otras mujeres de A Coru\u00f1a,<br \/>\ndefendieron su ciudad.
